• Standard delivery across India usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery location and order details.
• Any free-shipping offer will be mentioned separately on the website.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details through the contact information provided during checkout, whenever tracking is available.

Damaged or Leaking Products
Our candles are securely packed before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, broken, melted, or with any other shipping-related issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are correct before placing your order. DeepSaaj Candle is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Candles are heat-sensitive products. During extremely hot weather, minor surface changes or softening may occur during transit. This does not necessarily affect the quality or fragrance of the candle.
